The Worcester Business Center offers flexible floor plans from which to choose. Existing spaces range in size from 150 square feet to 21,000 square feet. We offer design and build services to alter existing spaces to fit your needs at no charge.
Additionally, the current redevelopment entails the conversion of roughly 75,000 square feet from warehouse to office in the north section. New windows, siding, HVAC, a 3rd lobby with a new elevator and new rest rooms will be included. Development of the formerly unfinished space offers companies looking for 5,000 square feet or more the opportunity to customize a space to your specific needs.
