The Worcester Business Center is more than space to fill with desks, files, and employees. It also offers tenants a full suite of services and features that make it among the most attractive commercial office alternatives in Boston MetroWest. These amenities include:

Flexible Office Space - The Worcester Business Center allows tenants to move into pre-existing offices or build offices to suit specific needs in spaces of up to 30,000 square feet. Existing suites range in size from 150 square feet to 21,000 square feet.

Convenient Highway Access - The Center is conveniently located within only a few minutes of major highways I-190 and I-290. Routes 12 and 146, and I-90 and I-495 are all under a 10 minute drive.

Free Parking - The Center presents all tenants, and your customers and guests, with free parking in its expansive parking lot.

Modern Security Systems - The building is monitored by multiple digitally recording security cameras. 24/7 access is controlled by security cards, with a security guard posted.

On-Site Cafeteria - Smitty's Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch and provides a wide range of traditional and innovative dishes. Custom orders are accepted and vegetarian fare is available. The café is open 7:30 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Vending machines are also available 24/7.

On-Site Maintenance Staff - The Worcester Business Center employs a maintenance staff with the skills and knowledge to service the building's HVAC, electrical, and other systems immediately.

Nightly Cleaning - The building's common areas are cleaned and vacuumed nightly. Rubbish is also removed from tenant spaces three times a week. All tenant areas are vacuumed weekly or as needed.

Mail - Each tenant is given its own private mail box on site. There are also drop boxes for UPS, FedEx, and Airborne Express.

Internet - The building features state-of-the art fiber optic cable, enabling tenants to use DSL and cable from local providers or the building's own T1 line to access the Internet.

Storage - The building has ample storage in the basement offered at very competitive rates.

No Soliciting - Solicitors are not allowed in the building.
