A Worcester Landmark is Reborn
Today, the Worcester Business Center is poised to undergo a comprehensive renovation and dramatic upgrade that will transform the facility into Worcester County’s most exciting multi-tenant office space.
The redevelopment includes the installation of a newly designed, contemporary building exterior, parking lot and other infrastructure improvements, and the renovation of more than 75,000 square feet of formerly unfinished space.
Initial redevelopment work will replace the existing façades of the building with new, energy efficient exterior wall materials and windows, and create new core areas including elevators, common rest rooms, and HVAC systems. Upon completion of the base building work, tenant spaces will be built out per individual requirements.
The result? A Worcester landmark reborn with a dramatic new look, providing quality sub-divided office space.
